Aerial Consolidated Transport Ltd, is a public, unlisted company, guaranteed by shares. The company was incorporated in October 2005, however prior to this was a Co-operative since 1959.

Aerial has historically been involved in the ACT taxi industry and is also an accredited Taxi Network in both the ACT and NSW.

Another subsidiary company 100 percent owned by Aerial is Servitel Communications Pty Ltd which is a Telecommunications sales, service and maintenance provider.
